
Space at the locations is limited, so it
will be necessary for eligible staff to
pre-register
for the program. Registration forms must be on file with the site coordinator at
least one week before the activation of the Severe Weather & Emergency
Conditions Policy before your
child is allowed to attend.
Pre-registration does not reserve
space for your child(ren) during severe weather.

Parents are
required to keep the
pre-registration information current. If you pre-registered for the program more
than 6 months ago, please complete the
Bi-annual Update Form. You may also resubmit
pre-registration forms in their
entirety if numerous changes are necessary.
