manage existing vacancies and recruitment of all staff positions.

As a supervisor, you are your staff's closest and most credible source of information about Duke's pay and benefits. We have developed a number of
tools this year to help you communicate to
your staff about their total compensation prior to the distribution of Personal Benefits Statements in early May.
Duke payroll clerks and managers can now enroll employees in an orientation
event
online.
All employees are required to attend orientation. Employees must enroll in health
and dental insurance and reimbursement accounts within 60 days of gaining eligibility.
