Welcome to the Mentoring At Duke web site!  The site is designed to assist both mentors and mentees in developing and sustaining mutually beneficial relationships. 

The six sections of the site are:

• Mentoring at Duke: general information about mentoring
• The Mentor Page: resources and information for mentors
• The Mentee Page: resources and information for mentees
• The Resource Page: resources to support both mentors and mentees
• The Forms and Templates Page: sample forms and formats to provide structure to a mentoring relationship.

We will update the web site as we identify additional resources that might be useful to mentors and mentees.  Let us know what we can do to enhance the web site to support you as mentors and mentees!
