Presented by the Office for Institutional Equity and held at 402 Oregon Street. This interactive session geared to supervisors is designed to both support Duke's commitment to diversity and to teach the fundamentals of key employment laws. You will learn how policies and practices help ensure an equitable and productive work environment for all. By addressing harassment prevention, reasonable accommodations, equal opportunity/affirmative action, and sustaining an inclusive work culture, this session provides Duke managers with all the basics for managing an equitable and productive work team.
