Course Description

Overview: This full-day session covers a broad range of topics, fills in gaps to provide a solid knowledge base, and increases your confidence. Learn about computer hardware and peripherals and discover how to use many of the features in Windows software. Explore techniques of electronic file/folder management necessary for effectively working with the Microsoft Office Suite or with any software program.

Prerequisites: None.

Delivery Method: Instructor-led, group-paced, classroom-delivery learning model with structured hands-on activities.

Benefits: This course provides information about basic computer hardware and the Windows operating system. Not only do students learn what the components are and how to navigate the system, but they also learn why this information is relevant and how it affects them in a practical way.
