Running shoes are not created equally. Not only can they alter your speed, but they can also affect your knees, your back and your joints. When it comes to running, understanding your foot strike pattern can help you prevent injury. Representatives from 9th Street Active Feet can help you learn how your foot strikes the ground and can recommend a shoe with better support for each individual.
