Fitness Level Assessment

Fitness ConsultationsMeet one-on-one (in person or by phone) with a fitness specialist to learn how to improve your fitness level. Get help whether you are just starting to work out or want more advanced training. The fitness staff can help you determine a suitable exercise program and motivate you to accomplish your goals. Call 919-684-3136 (option 1) to schedule an appointment.

Not sure which walking or running group to join? Take the following assessment to find out which group best suits your current fitness level.
