Treatment of Accrued Time Off When Transferring Between University and Health System
Policy Information
When a staff member transfers between a University and Health System position, his or her "time away from Duke" program will change and the time will be converted to the provisions of the applicable program.
Policy Details
The tables below provide staff and supervisors with the formulas
for calculating and understanding the differences between the
University and Health System time off programs so a smooth
transition will occur.
Transfer from a Health System Position to a University Position
