Individuals will be asked to participate in a minimum of two days per month of classroom training. During
the year-long program, participants will need to be released from their regular work schedule to
attend training.
Additional training time may be scheduled during regular work hours for coaching sessions, additional
classes, team project meetings and on-the-job stretch assignments.
