Resources (CUPA-HR) for the success of its Professional Development Institute.
The Professional Development Institute is dedicated to providing professional
development programs and resources for Duke University and Health System employees. The Institute offers a variety of services
and programs for Duke employees:
Job Transfer Resources
Includes information on who's eligible to find a new position at Duke, searching for new positions,
and more.
Professional Development Resources
Includes information on informational interviewing, educational opportunities at Duke, professional development planning,
and more.
Office Staff Development Program
This program focuses on developing the clerical office management skills and capabilities
of Duke staff to help them qualify for a variety of career opportunities at
Duke.
First Time Supervisor Program
This program focuses on preparing qualified internal candidates for supervisory roles
at Duke.
PDI Book Club
This monthly book club is designed to help Duke employees take control of their professional
development and provide them with networking opportunities.
