Did you know that there are four
different generations of employees in the workforce today? Never before in
American workplace history have supervisors had to manage four distinct
generational groups of employees.
Each of these groups differ in their attitude, expectations and values about work and the workplace
- The "Veterans" or Matures: born between 1922-1943
- The Baby Boomers: born between 1943-1960
- The "Xers" or Generation X: born between 1961-1980
- The "Nexters", Millennials or Gen.Y-Next Generation: born after 1980
