Duke Credit Union to Offer Tax Assistance
The Duke University Federal Credit Union will have volunteers from Duke Law School on hand over the next couple of
weeks to help qualified members prepare their income taxes and claim the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC).
Volunteers will be available at the DUFCU Main Office at 1400 Morreene Road on the following dates:
- January 28 - 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- February 4 - 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- February 11 - 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- February 18 - 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Be sure to bring your 2004 W-2 and 1099 forms, a copy of last year's tax
return (if available) and all records/receipts for child care, child
support and educational expenses.
