Duke Human Resources Introduces Redesigned Web Site
Duke Human Resources has redesigned the HR Web site to increase ease of accessibility to online information,
tools and resources. The new HR Web site segments information by major topics, creates consistent navigation
for all HR pages, and establishes a standard style guide for the HR Web site.
Because the HR Web site contains more than 6,000 pages, the redesign will be introduced in two phases. The
initial launch includes a redesign of the HR home page and several supporting pages. The next phase will apply
the same organizational structure, navigation and style to the department sites and the remainder of the Web
pages on the HR site.
The redesigned site provides primary access to information through six main sections that will be represented
by tabs at the top of every page. These six sections are HR Home, Benefits, Compensation, Jobs, Policies and
Training. Each section will catalog all major links associated with the relevant tab, regardless of which HR
department offers the service or benefit.
Take a tour of the major enhancements to the site to see how to find the information you need.
