Annual Personal Benefits Statements Mailed to Faculty and Staff
In early May, full-time Duke faculty and staff should receive their annual personal benefits statement. The statements, which will
be mailed to the home address of faculty and staff, provide an overview of an individual's total compensation at Duke, including benefits and pay.
In addition to the annual benefits statement, faculty and staff can access their retirement account information, which is updated
quarterly, through secure access to the
Retirement Manager web site. This secure web site
offers resources to help faculty and staff plan for their financial future by enabling them to review their retirement savings online,
project how much they need to save for retirement, and change their current contributions and reallocate their investment carrier
contribution percentages in the 403(b) plan. The site also includes financial education materials and calculators to help determine
such things as how much they may need to save for their child's college education or how much life insurance they and their family may need.
For questions about the benefits statement or for those without access to the web, please call the Human Resource Information Center
at 684-5600 for assistance.
