The new Account Code Change System on the HR/400 allows customers in
company code 0010 to review employee (Confirmation sheet) information, enter
cost distributions (with the exception of the five-digit component code) and
print reports of completed account code transactions. Pay points rather than
component codes will determine your access to the new Account Code Change
System on the HR/400. Current customers who are not in company code 0010 (such
as Duke Hospital, DUHS, DUAP) should make account code changes via the Cost
Distribution form (Word Template form) that can be found on HR Web site under
"web tools and forms".
Customers in company code 0010 who desire to use the HR/400 system to
enter their Account Code Changes and review employee (Confirmation sheet) data
and do not have access, 2002, should e-mail HR Information Systems (hrishelp@mc.duke.edu)
with the pay point(s) for the area(s) for which they will need access.
