Duke to Survey Staff Who Leave
As part of ongoing efforts to assess and improve the work environment, Duke is conducting a three-month pilot of an exit survey for all staff voluntarily leaving its employment.
This survey is designed to give individuals the opportunity to provide feedback about the factors that influenced their decision to leave. "Collecting this feedback will complement data regularly collected throughout the employment tenure of our staff and helping to further bolster recruitment and retention efforts," said Clint Davidson, vice president for Human Resources.
Responses will be confidential and will only be used in summary with other responses to help identify trends that can be used to evaluate and improve Duke's work culture.
