When choosing your fitness facility, you should consider what is most important to you and choose a facility that supports those needs, whether it is location, hours of operation, programs and services offered or equipment that is available. Whether your goal is to maintain or improve your fitness, lower your blood pressure, cholesterol, or stress the Duke Fitness Club and LIVE FOR LIFE are here to assist you in achieving these goals.
