24-Hour Health Care Advice Line
Beginning January 1, a 24-hour health care advice line will be available for all Duke Select and Duke Basic members. This service is already available under the Blue Care and Duke Options health plans administered by Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina. By calling the health care advice line
- 1-888-662-2296 - faculty and staff can get confidential, up-to-date health information any time of the day or night. Professional staff are available to assist with almost any medical question, offer support, or help patients navigate the health care system.
All Duke Select and Duke Basic members will receive a refrigerator magnet in
January with the 24-hour phone line number.
