We're looking for individuals with at least one year of healthcare-related experience for these positions:
- Appointment Coordinators
Requires a minimum of 1 year of work experience directly providing service to patients
or the public in a healthcare-related field. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Must have basic PC and data entry skills.
- Patient Services Associates
Requires a minimum of 1 year of work experience directly communicating with
and providing service to patients or public, preferably in a healthcare-related field;
experience in effectively coordinating multiple tasks or activities; customer service
call center and medical insurance experience; basic computer skills; exceptional
organizational and communication skills; and pleasant phone demeanor. Bilingual
(Spanish-speaking) professionals welcome to apply.
- Financial Care Counselors/Patient Service Representatives
Requires 2-5 years of experience working in clinic access, physician's office, call
center, or billing and collections. Must have excellent communication skills and the
ability to analyze data, perform multiple tasks, and work independently.
- Supervisors, Clinic Services
Requires at least 4 years of experience supervising and coordinating activities in a
hospital or clinic setting; strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to
organize and prioritize; strong customer service experience / background; the ability
to effectively lead teams and establish and maintain effective relationships with other
personnel; and medical terminology knowledge.
