Start the year on the road to a healthier you by filling out a simple

Health Risk Assessment, or HRA. Once you've completed your HRA, you will
receive a $25 Harris Teeter gift certificate mailed to your home address. If

2008 Health, Dental, and Vision Premium Deductions Begin in December
Payroll deductions for 2008 health, dental, and vision care premiums will begin in December 2007 for faculty and staff who elected to participate in the health, dental, and vision plans for the coming year.
The premium changes for 2008 are dependent on the coverage and plans you selected for the coming year and will be automatically deducted from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis.
Biweekly Employees
For employees paid biweekly, the 2008 premium changes take effect in the
December 7 paycheck for dental and vision care and will take effect in the
December 21 paycheck for health care.
Monthly Employees
For employees paid monthly, premium changes will take effect beginning with the
December 21 paycheck.
The health, dental, and vision care options selected during open enrollment will be in effect January 1, 2008 - December 31, 2008. If you made no changes to your current health, dental or vision selections, your current selections will automatically continue for 2008.
