If a picture is worth a thousand words, what story would your photo tell?
We want to see the photos that best reflect why your health is important to you. Is it the smiling face of your 2-year-old wearing dinner? Maybe it's a 30-year-old wedding photo. Or pictures of you and friends camping or golfing.
Duke Human Resources is seeking cute, interesting and creative photos from faculty and staff to help promote its health benefits this year. Send us a photo and tell us how it represents the importance of your health. Your photo could be included in health benefit materials this fall. If your photo is included, you will win a healthy reward, and one grand prize winner will receive a weekend stay for two at the Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa in Asheville.
Interested? E-mail your high-resolution photo to
hrcommun@duke.edu or bring your photo to Human Resources, located at 705 Broad Street. Photos must be received by 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 31.
Please include the following information with your photo submission:
- Your full name, phone number and box number
- Information about the photo, including full names of people included and a description of the place and/or event
- Up to 50 words describing how the photo represents why your health is important to you
High-resolution images are preferred for digital images sent by e-mail. All prints will be scanned and returned to you. You must be an active faculty or staff member of Duke University or Duke University Health System to participate.
