Heart Walk on October 21 in RTP.
In addition to a one or three mile noncompetitive run/walk, the Heart Walk, presented by Duke Medicine, is a dog and family
friendly event with activities for everyone including a kids area, health screenings, entertainment, giveaways and lunch
provided by Subway. Heart disease and stroke survivors will receive special recognition and all money raised helps fund the
American Heart Association's lifesaving mission, research and education programs taking place right here at Duke.
LIVE FOR LIFE is currently looking for Team Captains to help lead the way. This is an easy and fun way to make a difference
and we want YOU to join us. All team captains will receive a Duke Medicine t-shirt, as well as 100
LIVE FOR LIFE Dollars.
