Mobile Farmers Market — Dream Dinners

LIVE FOR LIFE is pleased to partner with Dream Dinners to offer an innovative, healthy solution to your family's meal planning challenges.

Beginning Tuesday, April 15, Dream Dinners at Sutton Station in Durham will deliver pre-assembled, frozen, healthy meals to the Sarah P. Duke Gardens. Dream Dinners will supply all the essentials, from easy-to-follow instructions to fresh, pre-cut ingredients. All you need to do is place your order one week in advance and Dream Dinners will do the rest.

To order:

1. Review the online menu/order form (see the sidebar) for the current month.
    
2. Print and complete the menu/order form (see the sidebar). Prices on the order form reflect the 10 percent discount for Duke employees. In addition, you will see a flat fee for the assembly and delivery of your meals.
    
3. Choose the best combination of 3 or 6 serving dinners to fit your family's needs.
    
4. Fax this completed order form to Dream Dinners-Sutton Station location at 919-484-1081 one week before your scheduled pick up. If paying by check, please make it out to: "Dream Dinners" and mail it with your order form to Dream Dinners at Sutton Station, 5842 Fayetteville Road, Suite # 114, Durham, NC 27713.

Pick up your healthy, pre-assembled, frozen dinners the following Tuesday, between 4 - 6 p.m. at the Sarah P. Duke Gardens (map). The dinners will be securely packaged in Ziploc freezer bags for easy transport.
