Create and manage the financial reports generated monthly, quarterly and on an ad hoc basis using software applications for report writing and data warehousing.
Responsible for the development and creation of new and current reports to be used monthly, quarterly, annually using various reporting tools, which require specialized knowledge of the reporting application.
Primary liaison to various internal and external user groups within Duke in terms of reporting applications and SAP administrator access and troubleshooting issues.
Prepare the GAAP reporting used in connection with the new Duke Medicine reporting with the Health System and the PDC.
Train and guide Department personnel on the use of the reporting tools.
Responsible for the distribution of these reports to the community and senior leadership on a monthly basis.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

| Education/Training: | Work requires a Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of experience. |
| Experience: | Work requires 5 years of experience in performing a full range of tasks associated with business systems. OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE |
| Skills: | Knowledge of ESSBASE application and database management within, and other Query applications. Knowledge of accounting and business processing within a higher education institution is very desirable. |
