Employee Tuition Assistance Program Application
The Employee Tuition Assistance Program provides reimbursement of tuition for classes taken at Duke or any other higher educational institution accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (click on "Commission on Colleges" and select "NC" from the map) with a presence in North Carolina. Certification programs are not eligible for reimbursement. Please return this completed form to Benefits at Box 90502 prior to the start of your course.
Note: once your application has been approved, you will be sent an email with a link to the Reimbursement Request Form.
