To process an employee termination, please use
iForms. Instructions for using iForms
and submitting online forms are included in documentation on the iForms Web Site.
If your department has not yet begun using iForms, please contact the iForms

Noncompensatory Termination/Layoff Form
For Noncompensatory and Layoff Use Only. Form that has all required data
elements and signatures for taking someone off the payroll. Form prompts
department to notify secondary departments.
