Membership Rates
The Duke Health & Fitness Center offers a variety of membership options
and services to meet the needs of each member. All memberships
include a $75 initiation fee or $200 if a submaximal stress test is required
for clearance.

Members may choose from either the Basic or Premium plan. Premium plan
includes unlimited mind and body classes, assigned lifestyle counselor, exercise
updates, and blood pressure/heart rate check-ins.

- Duke Employee/Retiree Unrestricted Membership:
$50/month Premium or $45/month
Basic + initiation fee
- Afternoon Delight: (Monday-Friday
Noon-4 p.m., all day Saturday and
