Walking Directions to New Site for the Duke Farmers Market
SITE: Green space beyond Mudd Library near Bryan Research Building (map/directions)
From Duke North
On 1st floor, follow directions to Cafeteria.
Walk past Cafeteria entrance to hallway marked "Electric Vehicles to Duke Clinics". Walk along hallway past the outdoor garden.
Exit the hallway at door on the left to the Electric Vehicles.
Walk along the path down the hill.
Bear right on road past the Searle Center patio.
Just past the trees on the right, enter the new Green Space.
From OLD Market Site at Bookstore
Walk along the Medical Center Bookstore sidewalk and continue down the driveway of Coal Pile Road toward Research Drive.
At the bottom of the slope, turn right.
Walk through the open covered courtyard of the Bryan Research Center.
The Market is just beyond the grassy area at the new Green Space.
OR
Take walkway toward Duke Hospital and stop just outside the doors to the Hospital entrance hallway.
On the left, walk down 2 flights of outdoor stairs.
Walk along the road past the Searle Center patio.
Just past the trees on the right, enter the new Green Space.
OR
On Walkway near the exit to the Bookstore Parking Lot, take the other exit from the Walkway down the stairs.
Follow the new sidewalk along the Searle Center at the base of the parking lot slope.
Walk to the front of the Searle Center and cross the Circle to the Green Space beyond.
From Duke South Clinics
Go to the OLD Market Site and follow directions to the new Green Space.
OR
Exit Clinics building on Ground (Basement) Level, Blue Zone, Entrance 11.
Walk around the circle to the sidewalk. Walk down along Research Drive.
Caution: there is no sidewalk on the right side where vehicles are parked.
Cross the street and walk to the right along Coal Pile Drive a short distance.
On the left walk through the open covered courtyard of the Bryan Research Center. The Market is just beyond the grassy area at the new Green Space.
From University Campus
Walk between buildings near the Levine Science Research Center to Research Drive.
Walk along Research Drive until you see the new Green Space between the Bryan Research Center and the Nanoline Duke Center. Walk along the sidewalk to the new Green Space.

Walk along Coal Pile Drive a short distance. On the left walk through the open covered courtyard of the Bryan Research Center. The Market is just beyond the grassy area at the new Green Space.
From Distant Locations
Take Duke bus to the bus stop on Research Drive. The bus stop is down the hill from the Circle at LaSalle Street and across from the Levine Science Research Center. Exit the bus, walk
along Research Drive until you see the new Green Space between the Bryan Research Center and the Nanoline Duke Center. Walk along the sidewalk to the new Green Space.
