During November, LIVE FOR LIFE received 49 contest entries for the individual makeover and six entries for the group makeover. We received such heartfelt essays that it was very difficult to choose the winners.

We hope everyone who entered the contest will still participate in Eat Wise and Exercise to make healthy lifestyle changes. During the 2007 program, participants lost more than 1,000 pounds combined! Help us beat that number this year.

Listed below are the winners of the lifestyle makeover essay contest, including their submitted essays. The four runners up will receive the opportunity to participate in a LIVE FOR LIFE weight management program.

Check back in January and throughout the program to read regular updates on the winners as they start eating wise and exercising more!
