Easy Meals & Easy Exercise

I have had great experiences with Dream Dinners each Wednesday since they presented to us. It has been such an easy process to just walk in, place my order, put together my meals and be out within about 15 minutes, and that's putting together 3 different meals! There's really no set up at home since I basically "dump" contents out of Ziploc bags and into a dish. There again, about 15 to 20 minutes until dinner is ready! My family loves it!

I have also incorporated some office exercises that I have been doing since meeting with Vicky, the fitness trainer, from LIVE FOR LIFE. These exercises have helped energize me in the middle of the day. I'm utilizing down time to do these very simple and convenient exercises. Before I started doing them, I would feel very sluggish and without energy, and also not motivated. With my energy level increasing, I find myself being motivated to continue these exercises on a daily basis.
