Duke's Teresa Edenfield, Ph.D, clinical psychologist, spoke to the School of Nursing group on March 4, about
strategies for
lifestyle management. She provided practical tips for weight loss and weight management, stress management and exercise.

makeover group winner, the School of Nursing, received a

on February 5 from Fleet Feet Sports about proper foot wear.

During the program you'll receive useful and practical information through e-mail and this web site to improve your diet and exercise, and LIVE FOR LIFE coaches will keep you motivated.
Eat Wise and Exercise is open to all Duke faculty and staff at all levels of fitness.
