Dream Dinners Sneak Peek

Eat Wise & Exercise participants are invited to a free Dream Dinners Sneak Peak event! Learn how Dream Dinners meal assembly works and sample menu items. You'll also make a three-serving meal to take home. In addition, a Registered Dietitian from LIVE FOR LIFE will help you plan healthy meals. Register Now!

Time: 30-45 minute sessions available between 9:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.

All Eat Wise & Exercise participants will be eligible to receive $10 in LIVE FOR LIFE dollars for each week (up to 10 weeks) they record their weight and exercise online.
