LIVE FOR LIFE dollars can be used to purchase merchandise at the LIVE FOR LIFE store including items such as fitness videos, exercise bands, T-shirts, and duffle bags.

The ultimate incentive and reward of the program is the information and knowledge gained through weekly e-mails and online education to help and/or contribute to your lifetime goals and habits of healthy eating and exercising.

8. Why should I report my weight and exercise minutes weekly?

Reporting your weight and exercise minutes weekly will qualify you for the incentive LIVE FOR LIFE dollars. Plus, it provides accountability since you have to report your progress each week. In addition, keeping track of your exercise has been proven to increase consistency and provide better health results.

9. I don't need to improve my eating habits and/or exercise habits, but want to participate. Can I participate and will this program be beneficial to me?

Yes, nutritionally sound people and regular exercisers of all health and fitness levels are encouraged to participate. Your motivation to exercise might encourage other participants to begin their own exercise program and move more. Reporting your weight and minutes of exercise will also enter you into the drawing for LIVE FOR LIFE raffle prizes and incentive LIVE FOR LIFE dollars. In addition, you may learn something new from the weekly information and tips that can be beneficial and enhance your current health habits.
