7 pounds!!! Yahoo. Two weeks in and I am 7 lbs lighter. It is a small, but significant step in the right direction. The workout that was tailored for me is really working
and keeping a food journal on Weight Watchers is also helping tremendously. I have new and previous goals to attain every week Some of those include adding fruit and
vegetables to my packed lunch, no eating after 9pm, limit alcohol intake Mon-Thurs. and control portion sizes. This week I am working on upping my fiber intake and drinking
lots of water. So far so good. This really feels like something I can stick with. Instead of denying myself certain foods I am simply limiting the portion size. I can still have a
few sweets and some beers on the weekend. I just can't eat a whole bag of something or a whole box of candy. I feel better already. More energy, better outlook, more
confidence. Hope I can keep it up after the 10 weeks is up. It's easy now because my trainer will kick my butt if I don't workout. & pounds. Good start.
