Reciprocity:
Members of the J.C. Raulston Arboretum at N.C. State University in Raleigh are eligible for the members’ discount rate on classes and programs.

Durham County Master Gardeners are eligible for the members’ discount rate on classes and programs.

Class and Program Limits:
Class and program registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis. No registration is complete until payment has been received.

The number of participants for each class or program is listed by each description. Group size is limited to provide all participants the best experience. If a program fills up we will maintain a wait list and add additional sections as needed.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your enrollment, and receive a refund of your fee, up to a week before the scheduled start date of a class. Beyond that a 50% class credit is available. Any classes canceled by Duke Gardens will result in a complete refund.

Parking:
Parking is available in either the upper or lower lots near the Doris Duke Visitors Center, just inside the Gardens entry.

Parking fees are in effect Mon. –Fri. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sat./Sun. 1-5 p.m. Please use the parking pass machines in either lot. If those are not working, please ask for assistance at the front desk in the Doris Duke Center.

Parking fees are included in class fees and you will be sent a parking pass several days before your class start date. Free or drop-in programs do not include a parking pass.

Occasionally weather disrupts a schedule; any last-minute changes will be noted on the voice mail at 919-668-1707.
