Staff & Family Programs, a division of Duke University Human Resources, conducts an independent review of all potential and existing PERQS establishments through the Better Business Bureau of America (BBB). In instances where a vendor has access to the personal property of an employee, the vendor must provide proof of license and bonding, along with five (5) professional references in writing. Duke reserves the right to not publish a discount or discontinue offering a discount for any business at any time if warranted by a negative BBB report and the business refuses to address and resolve the situation. If Staff & Family Programs or any entity of Duke University & Health System receive complaints about a business, the discount can be removed from publication.

The GM Supplier Discount Program allows staff and faculty
to receive monumental values on eligible new and unused GM
vehicles through this great offer. This offer expires
12/31/08.
What is the GM Supplier Discount?
It's a unique savings opportunity that GM extends to eligible employees of
select suppliers and business associates.
How do I get the GM Supplier Discount?
Visit gmsupplierdiscount.com
or call 1.800.960.3375 with your Company Code (company code: 831701) to request your personal authorization number. Take your personal authorization number to a participating dealer to obtain your discount.
What is the vehicle discount?
As an eligible GM supplier employee, you can purchase
or lease eligible new GM vehicles at a special discount price
that is less than MSRP.
How many vehicles am I eligible to purchase/lease?
You may purchase/lease up to two eligible new and
unused vehicles during the current year.You must take retail
delivery by December 31, 2008.

Who is eligible?
Active hourly and salaried (full- and part-time) employees
of eligible GM suppliers and business associates (e.g., fleet
and commercial customers), not including contract employees.
Please note: To qualify for this program, you must be a resident
of the United States. To determine if your company is eligible,

Can I share the GM Supplier Discount with friends
and family?
Yes. Each time you purchase or lease a new GM vehicle
under the GM Supplier Discount program, you can share your
supplier discount with one friend or one family member. You
can share pricing for up to one year form the date of your
vehicle purchase. Once you obtain an authorization number,
your friend or family member will have six months to use it.
How do I get an authorization number for my friend
or family member?
You will need to obtain a special authorization number
for your friend or family member. Just get their date of birth
and zip code. Then to to gmsupplierdiscount.com, enter your
Company Code and long on. Select "Share your Discount"
and follow the prompts. Or you can call 1-800-960-3375. Once
they have their authorization number, all your friend or family
member needs to do to obtain their discount is go to their
GM Dealership with their authorization number. You do not
have to to the dealership with them.
Which GM vehicles are eligible?
All new and unused 2007, 2008 and 2009 GM passenger
cars, SUVs, crossovers, vans and light-duty trucks, except
those listed below. Saab and Saturn vehicles are eligible,
although eligibility may change at any time without notice.
Chevrolet Corvette Z06, HUMMER H1 Alpha and medium-duty vehicles are not eligible. Some other modes may have limited availability. See your participating dealer.
Can I receive this discount from any GM Dealer?
This program is available through all participating U.S. GM
Dealers and is voluntary on the part of the dealers. Dealer
participation is on a vehicle line basis. Please inform your
dealer of your intention to use the GM Supplier Discount during
your first contact with your dealer. If your dealer elects
not to participate, you may visit another GM Dealer.
