Staff & Family Programs, a division of Duke University Human Resources, conducts an independent review of all potential and existing PERQS establishments through the Better Business Bureau of America (BBB). In instances where a vendor has access to the personal property of an employee, the vendor must provide proof of license and bonding, along with five (5) professional references in writing. Duke reserves the right to not publish a discount or discontinue offering a discount for any business at any time if warranted by a negative BBB report and the business refuses to address and resolve the situation. If Staff & Family Programs or any entity of Duke University & Health System receive complaints about a business, the discount can be removed from publication.

DaimlerChrysler Affiliate Rewards allows all U.S. employees of Duke University
& Health System the opportunity to purchase or lease select
new Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge vehicles at the Preferred Price
(1% below factory invoice). Savings may also include consumer
incentive available at the time of sale. Eligible employees
or their spouses may purchase or lease a combined total of
two vehicles per calendar year. Contact a participating dealership
for specific pricing details.

How do I get approved for the DaimlerChrysler Affiliate
Rewards Program?
1. Log onto
www.dc-rewards.com and enter the Company Code:
F12317 or,
2. Call 1-888-444-4321 and provide Company Name: Duke University
Health System and Company Code: F12317.
3. Provide some basic personal information, such as, name,
address, telephone number, company name (Duke University Health
System), and company code (F12317) in order to receive unique
Control Number.
4. Bring the Control Number along with company photo ID badge
or recent original pay stub and a marriage license or similar
documentation if the spouse is the intended buyer to a participating
dealership.
5. Once the dealership has verified the Control Number, you
or your spouse may choose up to two eligible vehicles per calendar yera.
What vehicles are eligible for the Preferred Price?
1. Select new Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge vehicles
2. Chrysler Prowler is available for purchase or lease from
dealer stock only.
3. Dodge Viper and all Mercedes-Benz vehicles are not currently
eligible.

Your selling dealer is required to show you the factory invoice
and provide you with a completed Pricing and Acknowledgement
Form that explains your Preferred Price savings.
How do I know if a dealer is a participating dealer?
Contact your local dealer and ask if they participate in DaimlerChrysler
Affiliate Rewards.
Who else in my family is eligible for the discount?
Retirees, spouses, surviving spouses, and same sex domestic partners recognized by your company.
What do I need to provide the dealer when I’m
ready to purchase a vehicle?
Take your personal Control Number (generated through the web site) along with your company
photo ID badge, or a recent original pay stub, and marriage
license or similar documentation showing a relationship to
the employee if the spouse is the intended buyer.
How long is a Control Number valid?
For the timeframe noted on the print control number screen.
Are there any other fees I should know about?
An administration fee of $75 applies to the Affiliate Rewards program.
