This site is brought to you by Staff and Family Programs in the Office of Human Resources. We
offer information and consultation on many family and work issues, including
elder care, lactation rooms, babysitters, nanny agencies and services, and summer camps and programs. Additionally we offer
ticket discounts, recognition programs, and special events like Duke
Appreciation Week. If you have any questions or comments about any of these
programs, please contact Staff and Family Programs at sandfp@duke.edu. For more information, go to the
Staff and Family Programs web
page or call (919) 684-9040.
**All of the family child care providers listed above are regulated by the
Division of Child Development of the State of North Carolina. Child care is
rated by stars, with 5 stars indicating the highest of quality. Also look for
child care homes accredited by NAFCC (National Association of Family Child
Care), as these homes meet even higher standards of care. To obtain more
information on each program, including complaints made against and compliance
visit outcomes, and a detailed description of the NC Star Rating system, go to
www.ncchildcare.net.
