How to Enroll
Step 1 - Complete the Exercising Your Options Online Registration
LIVE FOR LIFE manages the enrollment process for the Duke Fitness Club and coordinates payroll deduction for membership fees. Payment is arranged for your convenience through payroll deduction, but depending on the payroll cycle, one or two months payment upfront may be required to begin your new membership immediately. The registration website will provide you with an initial cost estimate of associated fees for your membership and, depending upon the payroll schedule, what may be required upfront to get you started.
Access the registration website and select the facility that you would like to join. Your privacy is important to us so this site has been secured and will require your Duke NetID. If you have questions or encounter any operational issues with this website, please call LIVE FOR LIFE and we will help you with your application to get you started with your new membership as soon as possible.
Step 2 - Get Your Payments Started to Activate Your Membership
Once completed, your online application will be submitted directly to LIVE FOR LIFE customer service who will contact you within one business day to get your payments started. Or, you may call us at 919-684-3136, option 1, to complete the process.
Step 3 - Start Exercising
Once you have completed the enrollment process through LIVE FOR LIFE, bring your Duke ID and/or a copy of your completed application when you visit the facility for the first time. At that time, the facility will finalize their membership process. Many facilities will work with you to set up a workout plan and provide you with a new member orientation.
