Savings for Retirement Plan

The Duke Savings for Retirement Plan is a 403(b) plan, funded by your voluntary pre-tax contributions. Duke does not contribute to this plan.

You are eligible to participate immediately in the plan, and may direct your contributions to over 300 mutual funds and annuities. Your contributions grow tax-deferred, until withdrawn. If you withdraw funds before age 59 ½, you may be subject to penalty charges.
