Employees' Retirement Plan

The Employees' Retirement Plan is a pension plan, designed to provide you with a guaranteed monthly income at your retirement, paid entirely by Duke.

You automatically become a member of the plan if you are over age 21 and have completed one year of employment, working at least 1,000 hours. You will be entitled to receive plan benefits after completing five years of continuous service, which is called vesting.
