Retirement Manager

Use Retirement Manager to enroll in the Duke retirement plan, review your contribution rate and balances, or change your contribution rate.

Enrolling or Making Changes

Enroll in Your Duke Retirement Plan
Duke's 403(b) retirement plans enable you to contribute to your retirement on a tax-deferred basis. In order to enroll in the plan, you must know how much you would like to contribute and where you would like your contributions invested (investment carriers).

Change Contribution or Contribute to a New Investment Carrier
You are able to make changes to the amount of your 403(b) contribution or investment carrier allocation once per pay period. Please keep in mind that your change request must be entered before the cut-off date for the payroll date you choose (typically the cut-off date is approximately 30 days before the paycheck date).

Transfer Funds
How to transfer funds between investment carriers.

Withdrawals and Loans
How to request a withdrawal or loan from your investment carrier.
