Employee Tuition Assistance
The Employee Tuition Assistance Program provides reimbursement of tuition for classes taken at Duke or any other higher educational institution accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools with a physical presence in North Carolina.
This program provides reimbursement of tuition for a maximum of three classes per semester or quarter (limit nine classes per calendar year) up to $5,250 per calendar year for full-time employees with at least two years of continuous full-time service.

Applications must be submitted before the beginning of each class for which you are requesting reimbursement. If you do not submit your completed application to the Benefits Office prior to the start of each class, you will not be eligible for reimbursement. Click here for more information on how to apply.
