Duke Human Resources Organization
Duke Human Resources is one of the central administrative support divisions that serves both the University and Health System. Its departments provide central support for Human Resources policies, benefits, compensation and classification, training and recruitment.
Duke Human Resources also works closely with HR representatives and offices located within the many schools, entities and departments across Duke. These individuals come together monthly in the HR Forum to share and discuss HR-related issues.
