Employee Occupational Health & Wellness is located in Room 04290 in the Red Zone basement, Duke Clinic (South).

Via I-85 South (from Oxford/Henderson):

1. Take the Hillandale Road Exit.
2. Turn LEFT at the stoplight at end of ramp.
3. Continue straight on Hillandale to Erwin Road (Duke Hospital will be directly in front of you, the VA on the right)
4. Turn LEFT on Erwin Road.
5. Go to next stoplight, turn RIGHT onto Trent Drive
6. Park in the parking deck (on LEFT after brick buildings).
7. Follow directions below: From the Parking Deck --- to EOHW Clinic

Via I-85 North (from Greensboro):

1. I-85 North to Exit 172 (NC 147 -- Durham Freeway)
2. From the Durham Freeway,Take Exit 15B - Fulton Street
3. Go 2 blocks to Erwin Road.
4. Turn LEFT on Erwin Road.
5. Go to next stoplight, turn RIGHT onto Trent Drive.
6. Park in the parking deck (on LEFT after brick buildings).
7. Follow directions below: From the Parking Deck --- to EOHW Clinic

Via I-40 West (from Raleigh):

1. Take I-40 W to Durham.
2. Take the Durham Freeway (Hwy. 147) to the Trent Drive/Elba Street Exit.
3. Follow the off-ramp to stop sign. Bear left onto Trent Drive.
4. Go to stoplight and continue straight on Trent across Erwin Road.
5. Park in the parking deck (on LEFT after brick buildings).
6. Follow directions below: From the Parking Deck --- to EOHW Clinic

Via 15-501 North (from Chapel Hill):

1. Take 15-501 North Bypass
2. Take the 751/Duke University Exit.
3. At the stoplight turn RIGHT onto 751/Cameron Blvd.
4. At 1st stoplight turn LEFT onto Erwin Road.
5. Go to the 5th stoplight and turn RIGHT onto Trent Drive.
6. Park in the parking deck (on LEFT after brick buildings).
7. Follow directions below: From the Parking Deck --- to EOHW Clinic

From Parking Deck -- To EOHW Clinic:

Take elevator to 2nd floor of parking deck and take the bridge (this is an enclosed walkway) to the clinics. Take the escalator down and go to the left. Walk straight ahead through the automatic sliding doors into a narrower hallway and past the Wachovia Bank office. After you pass the ATM you will reach an intersection of hallways. To your RIGHT is the Blue Elevator (cream colored elevator with a blue stripe across the doors). Take Blue Elevator or the stairs down to the Ground (basement) level. Exit the elevator to your right and keep straight. The EOHW clinic will be the second door on your left, Room 04290.
