About the Get Moving Challenge
Duke encourages faculty and staff to get fit and healthy with the "Get Moving Challenge," Duke's latest annual employee wellness competition. Individuals and teams of co-workers have the chance to inspire each other to achieve health goals.
LIVE FOR LIFE, Duke's employee wellness program, is sponsoring the 10-week exercise program, which will use an online reporting system to log and track progress and show leaderboards. During the program, participants can compete in up to three areas to log the most steps, exercise minutes and/or weight lost. Click here to learn more about the program.
